All Pool and Game Tables are palletized and shipped LTL (less than truckload). The Free Shipping is "Back of truck" service. The freight company will always call you (customer) to set an appointment for delivery. For this basic service, you (customer) will have to make arrangements to actually get the table off the back of the truck yourself. The Free Shipping is limited to the lower 48 states, sorry.
For a $75 additional fee, we make “Inside Delivery” available. Inside delivery is into a covered area at the truck driver's discretion. They driver’s are not required to do any stairs. For more details click here.
