If your new purchase doesn't work out...

Billiard-cue.com understands that sometimes you may need to return products that have been purchased at our store. The following is a guideline to help ease the normally painful process of returning items.

Returns

Billiard-cue.com understands that sometimes a purchase doesn't work out.  We will acccept return of products up to 30 days after delivery to you no question asked.  Call us before you send your product back to us to receive a return authorization number. Please inspect all product on arrival.  If there is a problem, please notify us immediately so that we may remedy the situation as soon as possible.

Please make sure that you include your order number and include a statement as to why you are requesting a return.  On exchanges, Billiard-cue.com reserves the right to charge additional shipping to your card.
