At Billiard-cue.com you are a Priority. We ship all of our orders Priority Mail except for bulky or very heavy items.  These products are shipped by UPS or FedEx at our discretion.

Shipping FAQs

• We do not ship to addresses outside the USA.
• Military: We DO ship to APO-AE's and FPO-AE's
• We use USPS for most shipping.
• Standard orders are processed within 24-48 hours if items are in our inventory. (not including holidays or week-ends), pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders shipped via standard delivery should arrive in 3 to 5 business days from day product was shipped.
• Rush delivery is not available for addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, or to P.O. Boxes and Rural Routes.
• Please note that at this time we are unable to ship to addresses outside of the United States.
• All games tables include curbside shipping within the continental U.S (the lower 48 states) included in the purchase price.
•  Deliveries to locations in Hawaii and Alaska can be obtained for an additional delivery charge. Please contact us for a freight quote prior to placing your order.
• Please contact us for international orders.
• The delivery person requires your assistance in unloading your table, and leaves the table at the curbside. 
• Any additional services, such as two-man delivery, inside delivery, lift-gate trucks, or pallet jacks are not included in the price of the table.
